The scope incudes the extension plus the remodeling of the interior and existing elevations with retention of the structure. The ground floor accommodates a generous sitting room, a family room with view to garden and pool, an open kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining and outdoor verandah, and service area. The 1st floor accommodates a master bedroom with sauna, walk-in-closet, master bathroom, and broad balcony overlooking the pool. This floor also houses three additional bedrooms with their own balconies, a gallery, and a playroom. The mezzanine offers a small meditation space.
