Several types of residential buildings are proposed for this community: townhouses, row houses, and detached villas. Townhouse with a separate, vehicular accessible, service lane aligns the commercial corridor. There are 5 different types and sizes of townhouse (100-140 m2), all utilize live-work layouts with lower shop/office floors and upper living floors. Row house comes in smaller types and sizes, and is located in quieter locations, near school and other community facilities, all have pedestrian alleyways. Detached houses / villas of larger sizes bound the community garden or the lake just besides Lakeside Park. Phasing of this development is a complicated process due to local economic variants. It is anticipated that the 1st build-out anchors around the commercial corridor near the community gateway, with two rows of townhouse and row house for a start. Selling success will enable developer to work further with the architect to develop more diverse residential types.
