Strategies are used to address these problems directly, and transform it into a livable neighborhood offering diverse housing options and more balanced rental and ownership pattern. 453 units are created supporting 1132 people at 11.5 units/acre density.

Riverfront District: The District is a model of waterfront live-work environment: a mixed-use, multi-purpose district of affordable housing, service apartments, rental office, retail, restaurants, theatre, public amenities. 44.9 % site coverage or 6.1 acres will be developed with water views, supported by river amenities and transport.
