LEED EBOM

6500 m2 of apparel printing facility with production, offices, hostels, canteen and clinic is upgraded to seek LEED EBOM Silver certification by 2013. The facility was built in 2 phases between 2005-2007 on a 8000 m2 plot of land. The layouts and interiors are remodeled to meet new functions and LEED requirements. The focus of LEED certification scope of work was on daylight harvesting and mercury-free artificial lighting, water conservation via off-site treated industrial waste water, storm water management, alternative transportation, recycling and green cleaning practices. Performance Period starts in 2013.
